What is a co-curricular transcript (CCT)?

The Co-Curricular Transcript is a record of a student’s involvement, experiences, service, and leadership at the University of Central Florida. The Co-Curricular Transcript is designed to encourage student involvement and enhance the learning process by documenting experiences which occur outside the classroom. This document serves to provide a comprehensive summary of each student’s experience, contributions to their holistic development, and commitment to the UCF CREED.

How do I access it?

Your CCT can only be accessed through Knight Connect (https://ucf.collegiatelink.net/) . You must log in first, click on my involvement on the upper tab and then “Co-Curricular Transcript”.

Why do I need it?

Your CCT can be used as a supplement to your resume and applications for employment, graduate school, scholarships, and awards. This is a university verified method of showing your involvement outside of the classroom and accentuating your skills.

What is included?

Currently the CCT shows your RSO involvement, events attended, verified service hours, scholarships, internships, presentations, conferences and leadership positions. Your RSO involvement is automatically added to your transcript only if you are a part of that organization roster on Knight Connect. All other experiences are self-reported then verified by the Office of Student Involvement.

Who can access my CCT?

The Office of Student Involvement is the only one with access to your co-curricular transcripts.

How can I get a copy of my Co-curricular transcript?

You must call the OSI and schedule an appointment to get an official copy of your transcript with the OSI seal and on letterhead paper. During this one-on-one appointment you will review your transcript and its layout.

When should I start my co-curricular transcript?

We would like all incoming freshmen and new students to start their transcript as soon as they arrive on campus and get involved. By starting immediately in your college career, first-year students can use the co-curricular transcript to track their involvement and make better and more informed decisions about how they would like to participate in the life of the campus. For those students who are already further along their education they can self-report past events and start recording all future events.
