The Student Union is now the ‘one stop shop’ for reserving popular campus meetings and event venues, including general purpose classrooms in addition to all UCFSU managed facilities.
Reservations are requested online via the Student Union.
To get started, please fill out and submit the applicable request form on the Student Union Reservations website. Requests are processed in the order they are received.
Questions regarding event reservations can also be directed to unionres@ucf.edu.
Some reservations require fees for staffing.

Available Spaces:
Different buildings and facilities will have different ways and requirements for reservations of rooms. The best course of action would be to inquire directly with those building’s facilities. Some outdoor events may need facilities request to be submitted for power, water, trash pickup, etc.
