Involvement Awards brings campus-wide recognition to Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and Activity & Service Fee funded agencies. Involvement Awards is facilitated by Knights of the Round Table in collaboration with Student Government.
These awards celebrate the incredible contributions of Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and their members throughout the academic year. Categories include:
Recognizes organizations that crossed boundaries to collaborate with other RSOs, departments, or community groups to build inclusive and impactful programming.
2024-2025 Winner: Women in Film at UCF
Recognizes organizations that have made exceptional efforts to foster an inclusive environment, promote diversity, and create a welcoming space for students of all backgrounds.
2024-2025 Winner: ColorMeQueer at UCF
Highlights organizations with significant contributions toward environmental sustainability on campus, through eco-friendly initiatives, sustainable practices, or events focused on environmental awareness.
2024-2025 Winner: Herpetological Society at UCF
Honors an RSO that has dedicated itself to promoting physical, mental, or emotional health through events, resources, or initiatives supporting student well-being.
2024-2025 Winner: Black Men in Medicine at UCF
Highlights RSOs that have effectively used digital platforms, including social media, to engage members, promote events, and create a strong, inclusive online community.
2024-2025 Winner: Her Campus at UCF
Recognizes an RSO dedicated to social change, advocacy, and empowering student voices around issues such as equity, human rights, and justice.

Celebrates RSOs that are dedicated to a specific hobby or interest and have demonstrated exceptional devotion, commitment, and active involvement in that field.

Recognizes academic RSOs that support their members’ professional and academic growth, providing valuable resources, and celebrating academic achievements.

Dedicated to a cultural organization who has actively engaged the UCF community with their members for the purpose of creating a more culturally diverse environment on campus.

Highlights RSOs that encourage physical wellness, teamwork, and sportsmanship through athletic events or programs that impact the campus community.

Honors a Greek organization that has led with integrity, purpose, and service to the campus and surrounding community.
2024-2025 Winner: Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. at UCF
Recognizes organizations that fosters community, supports spiritual growth, and creates inclusive spaces for interfaith exploration on campus.
2024-2025 Winner: Orthodox Christian Campus Ministries at UCF
Dedicated to an RSO who has less than 100 members, and who hosted an event that impacted the organization and its members in a positive manner.
2024-2025 Winner: Pediatric Association of Caring Knights for PACKing Party
Honors an organization that went all in to create a powerful, large-scale program to the UCF community. These events leave a lasting impression through their scale, creativity and impact.
2024-2025 Winner: Survivor at UCF for Survivor UCF
This award commemorates Ms. Anne-Marie de Govia who served as a mentor and advisor to the Caribbean Student Association for over 10 years. This award is reserved for an outstanding organization advisor, who invests in the students’ future by assisting in their personal and professional development.

Recognizes the executive director of an agency for extraordinary leadership and drive.
Winner: Christopher Mundry Knight-Thon 2024-2025
Recognizes a large-scale event that created a meaningful impact within the student body, demonstrating effective outreach and participation.
Winner: Spirit Splash UCF Homecoming 2024-2025
Recognizes a small-scale event that positively impacted the student body, showcasing creativity, collaboration and engagement across campus.
Winner: Trick or Tabling Knights of the Roundtable 2024-2025
Recognizes collaborations between agencies, highlighting the power of teamwork and unity in creating impactful events. This award celebrates partnerships that bring together diverse ideas and resources to benefit the campus community.
Winner: Grand Reopening of OSI 2025
Dedicated to a graduate assistant that has served as a great source of support and guidance to the areas they serve and has provided insight and valuable assistance to the students they serve.

Dedicated to an OSI member who has exhibited personal and professional growth during their terms as a student leader.

Recognizes an agency director for extraordinary leadership and drive.

Dedicated to a creative services member who has exhibited outstanding leadership characteristics within their role on their team and has made an effort to go above and beyond.
Winner: Carson Bellet OSI Productions 2024-2025
Celebrates a hardworking, caring professional staff member who has shown outstanding support for the areas they advise.
Winner: Kaelyn Hamilton Multicultural Student Center 2024-2025
Nominations for Involvement Awards open during the spring semester, and students will be notified through campus-wide emails and KoRT social media once the forms are available. All nomination forms can be found on KoRT’s KnightConnect page under the Forms section.
The Involvement Awards Ceremony takes place toward the end of the spring semester, celebrating the accomplishments of RSOs, agencies, and student leaders. While the date may vary from year to year, the ceremony is typically hosted in April.
