Room Reservation Guide


Student Union and Classroom Reservations

The Student Union is now the ‘one stop shop’ for reserving popular campus meetings and event venues, including general purpose classrooms in addition to all UCFSU managed facilities.

Reservations are requested online via the Student Union.

Key Information:

Requests Open on Monday, August 4th at 8:00 AM For:
  • RSO Room Blocks Scheduling (both Student Union and General Purpose Classrooms)
  • Patio Reservations (both tabling and stage) Fixed Setup Rooms (both Student Union and General Purpose Classrooms)
General Purpose Classroom Reservations:
  • CANNOT be made until AFTER the Add/Drop Deadline (August 22nd for Fall 2025)
  • Are handled on a semesterly basis (find more info on Student Union Reservation FAQ under Classroom FAQs)
University Departments and SG Agencies events taking place through Spring 2027:
  • Requests are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces currently.
RSOs and Non-University Groups taking place through Spring 2026:
  • Requests are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces currently.


To get started, please fill out and submit the applicable request form on the Student Union Reservations website. Requests are processed in the order they are received.

Questions regarding event reservations can also be directed to unionres@ucf.edu.


Lake Claire/RWC Facilities

Some reservations require fees for staffing.

Reservations can be made on the RWC Reservations page.

Available Spaces:

  • Lake Claire
    • Pavilion Spaces, field space, watercraft
  • RWC Park
  • Sand Volleyball courts
  • Leisure Pool
  • Private group exercise

Other Buildings and Facilities not listed yet

Different buildings and facilities will have different ways and requirements for reservations of rooms. The best course of action would be to inquire directly with those building’s facilities. Some outdoor events may need facilities request to be submitted for power, water, trash pickup, etc.
