The goal of the LEAD2 Leadership Training program is to create and train student peer consultants to provide on-demand leadership training and workshops for student organizations and departments. These custom, grab-and-go workshops are available to UCF offices and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) will provide student-leaders with the opportunity to enhance their skills, experiences, and knowledge about leadership topics that will improve their experiences at UCF and in the community.

Leadership training is offered in a couple of ways, both on demand for organizations and on a rotating basis monthly for both individuals and organizations. To register for pre-scheduled training (offered monthly), please visit our KnightConnect page here.

LEAD2 offers a variety of training workshops, ranging from topics related to core development, campus involvement, community engagement, and career development. The LEAD2 Leadership Consultant program seeks to create and train student peer consultants that will provide on-demand leadership training and workshops for individual students, student organizations, and departments. Leadership Consultants are available to meet with students seeking leadership opportunities while also being available for group training focused on a variety of leadership-based topics.
Leadership Consultants also support special LEAD2 programs and serve as student leadership ambassadors to the campus and community.
