LEAD2, a new initiative supported by the Office of Student Involvement, is a university-wide program that supports all Knights in their leadership development. The LEAD2 team believes that all Knights should have the opportunity to grow as leaders, and we want to be a part of that journey. We focus our effort on our core values: connecting students to life-changing leadership opportunities, involving student leaders to discover their passions on campus and in the community, and supporting student-leaders as they leave a lasting impact across UCF.
LEAD2 offers programs (RSO Leadership Summit, Leadership Week, and Leadership UCF), services (Leadership Pathways Program, Leadership Transcript, and Leadership Consultants), and we partner with both student organizations and departments across campus to provide leadership opportunities open to all Knights.
