Kaelyn Hamilton serves as the Assistant Director of Programming in the Office of Student Involvement at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where she leads dynamic initiatives that foster belonging, engagement, and leadership development across campus.

Before stepping into her current role, Kaelyn made a significant impact as the Multicultural Student Center Coordinator, where she oversaw cultural center operations, advised the MSC board, and supported more than 30 registered student organizations. Her leadership was pivotal in cultivating inclusive spaces that uplift diverse student voices and empower cultural expression.
Kaelyn’s journey in service-based leadership began long before her time at UCF. Academically driven and committed to lifelong learning, Kaelyn earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from UCF and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education. Her advising style is widely recognized for its transformational leadership approach, helping students tap into their potential and walk confidently in their purpose.

Proudly rooted in her identity as a sister of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. and a forever Knight, Kaelyn’s work is grounded in equity, passion, autonomy and a bold belief in student empowerment.
