Held in the Fall and the Spring, the RSO Leadership Summit provides a one-day conference style Summit for incoming RSO leaders, focused on providing leadership training and development. Using the national recognized LeaderShape curriculum “Align, Empower, Sustain” the RSO Summit will feature opportunities for incoming leaders to engage with mentors, attend valuable sessions focused on skill development, and network with peers. More information about the RSO Leadership Summit will be available in August 2026.
In the 2026-2027 academic year, we are not requiring that RSO Leaders attend the Summit. Though we believe the experience will be valuable and dynamic, we are not currently requiring RSOs to send a representative. In future years, we anticipate changes to this policy to incorporate as many leaders as possible.

The RSO Leadership Summit will take place in both the Fall and Spring semesters. For this coming academic year, the Summit will be held in January 2027.
The RSO Leadership Summit is an opportunity for RSO leaders to gather, learn, connect, and share ideas. Because of this goal, the RSO Leadership Summit team wants to make it possible for as many RSOs to participate as we can. In the first year, we will open the opportunity for attendance to executive team members of any Registered Student Organization on campus.
