When Eli was 14 weeks old, his family was in a terrible car accident that killed his father and left Eli in very critical condition. Doctors predicted that if Eli survived, he would never walk, talk or even be able to express emotion. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals funds helped purchase the necessary equipment to help save his life in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Thanks to the help of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer now has the only Level One Pediatric Trauma Center in Central Florida. They have the most advanced medical equipment and the best team of doctors to help save kids of all ages with life-threatening injuries.
