Service Request

You can use the form to request a service. You can choose between:

Live Event Services

• Select this option if: You are hosting an event, that has a set start and end time, performances, guests, food, or any other point of interests associated with the UCF community.
• Do not select this option if: you are looking to request a video that is based off a script or a message and is not centered around a pre-scheduled event. If that is what you looking for, select the Scripted Video Services Option.

Scripted Video Services

• Select this option if: You have a script or message that you would like to communicate or market through the use of video to the student body or larger UCF community. If you are not prepared with a script for your video and require our assistance we cannot guarantee the ability to complete your video in accordance with a strict deadline.
• Do not select this option if: You are looking to request a video or photos that are associated with an event that is restricted to a pre-scheduled start and end time. If that is what you are looking for, select the Live Event Services option.

Headshot & Portrait Photography Services

• Select this option if: You are looking to book our photographers to take posed headshot or portrait photographs of students, staff, or other members of the UCF community in a selected location.
• Do not select this option if: You are looking to request photographs of guests at your live event. If that is what you are looking for, select the Live Event Services option.
