OSI Equipment Rentals


 

The Office of Student Involvement provides equipment rentals to ASF Funded Agencies and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs)

 

 

Equipment Rentals for RSOs

FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS

Requirements:
  • Equipment will only be available for currently registered and active RSOs in good standing with the University.
  • Equipment will only be available to reserve by Authorized Officers and pick-up must be done by an Authorized Officer or a designated person by the requestor.
  • Authorized Officers must present their Student ID to the OSI Front Desk.
Available Equipment (for RSOs):
  • 11 Tents
  • 23 Tables 
  • 35 Chairs
  • 4 Hand trucks
  • 11 Swipe card readers

RSO Equipment Rentals for Tailgates

FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS

Requirements:
  • Pickup starts at 4 PM or an hour before the University closes
  • There is a high demand and limited supply of equipment; the only eligible items for check-out are: (1) tent, (1) table, and (2) chairs based on availability

 

When you arrive to OSI to check-out the equipment, please fill out the Tailgate Rental Agreement Form  or scan the QR code below:
Do not fill out the form prior to picking up in person as we CANNOT reserve in advance or guarantee that there will be available equipment once you arrive.

 

 

Other RSO Benefits offered by OSI:
  • Printing: 250 copies per week (one-sided) or 150 copies per week (two-sided)
  • Posting your flyer in two bulletin boards located in the Student Union for a specified period of time – subject to change based on space and availability
  • Arts & Crafts Station

  • Late Knights
  • UCF Homecoming
  • Knight-Thon
  • Campus Activities Board (CAB)
  • Volunteerism, Community and Engagement (VUCF and ABP)
  • OSI Creative Services
  • Multicultural Student Center (MSC)

  • 10 Tan Tables
  • 20 Gray Tables
  • 27 Black Chairs
  • 11 Gray Chairs
  • 6 OSI Tents
  • 11 HUB Tents
  • 4 Black Hand Trucks
  • 2 Silver Hand Trucks
  • 4 Coolers
  • 1 Gator Utility Vehicle (OSI only. Additional training and approval required)
  • 1 Golf cart (OSI only. Additional training and approval required)
  • 10 Computer Swipers
  • 4 colored portable ambient lights 3×6
